Getting ready for year-end is no easy task and being unorganized can cost you. This month I wanted to let our readers know of an easy way to help your CPA audit your year-end financial data. All you need to do is utilize AccuBuild’s CPA Program.

How Does the CPA Program Work?

First, your CPA needs to install AccuBuild Construction Software. Next, you need to back up your data to a compressed zip file by selecting ‘Backup Data’ from the AccuBuild file menu. Then, simply e-mail your zip file to your CPA who can restore it by selecting the ‘Restore Data’ option from the AccuBuild file menu.

With full access to your accounting data, your CPA can run reports and preliminary schedules prior to coming onsite. This helps pinpoint problems so you have time to investigate prior to an audit or tax return preparation.
