AccuBuild Releases Enhanced Reporting Tool for its Construction Management Software
New features include full integration with the AccuBuild Document Management System and new forms templates.
ONTARIO, Calif., April 12, 2006: AccuBuild, LLC, has released an enhanced reporting tool for its AccuBuild® Construction Software that makes it easy to create, save and share custom reports and forms. Enhancements include full integration with the AccuBuild Document Management System (ADMS), several new forms and the ability to export reports to standard program formats such as Microsoft Word® and Adobe® PDF.

Integration with ADMS
For AccuBuild clients that own ADMS, any report or form created using the enhanced reporting tool is automatically tagged, indexed and filed by job, vendor and/or customer. This saves valuable time over manual tagging and indexing and, more importantly, ensures that critical reports and forms become a permanent part of the client’s database with no additional effort on the user’s part.
Export and Customize Forms and Letters
Several new forms have been created for AccuBuild’s reporting tool: transmittal letters, company letters, fax cover sheets, preliminary lien notices and four types of lien releases. Each form can be customized to meet a contractor’s specific needs, such as adding the company logo for branding purposes. Data fields are easily populated using information within AccuBuild and preferences and modifications to each form are saved by user.
Forms generated within AccuBuild’s enhanced reporting tool can be exported to a number of standard program formats based on the specific user’s needs. Supported formats include Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe PDF. Forms can also be e-mailed directly from AccuBuild and the ability to reset a form to its original default provides a safety net for users that need to reverse their changes.
