AccuBuild Introduces New Command Center for its Construction Software

(Customizable access to key performance indicators, inquiries, reports, user-defined data entry screens

ONTARIO, CA – July 6, 2007 - AccuBuild, LLC, announced today the release of a new Command Center for its AccuBuild Construction software. With the Command Center, users now have single-screen access to the information needed to make profitable construction management decisions. The Command Center tools include Dashboards, Inquiries, Reports and Quicklinks.

Dashboards

The Command Center Dashboards allow owners, accounting professionals and project managers  to quickly view Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Job Cost, Payables, Equipment and the General Ledger. Charts, graphs and gauges display KPIs such as estimated cost vs. actual cost, cash flow, over/under billings and P&L statements. Drill down to supporting data allows instant investigation when problems are identified.

Inquiries

The Command Center Inquiries provide at-a-glance access to user-defined information. Inquiries can be sorted by any column and data can be filtered using criteria such as date range, vendors, customers, jobs, cost codes and General Ledger accounts.

Reports

The Command Center Reports allow a user to access the full AccuBuild Construction Software reports list without ever leaving the Command Center screen. This is especially useful when Dashboard or Inquiry data warrants a more detailed analysis. An enhanced reporting engine, released in conjunction with the Command Center, allows users to drill down to the lowest level of detail possible. Drill down to scanned images is also supported for users of the AccuBuild Document Management System (ADMS).

Quicklinks
The Command Center Quicklinks feature provides users with quick access to frequently used data entry functions. From Quicklinks, users can launch functions such as invoicing or accounts payable entry without ever leaving the Command Center.
